Support staff often have more maintenance requests than they can handle. Please respond to the following:

• Propose three unrelated requests for information system maintenance that are submitted at nearly the same time. Make two of these requests from the same category (corrective, adaptive, perfective, or preventive) and the third from a different category. Do not repeat examples that have been posted by other students.
• If you could address only one at a time, which sequence would you select? Explain your reasoning.
