Staffing is an important part of Human Resources management and can impact the strategy of an organization. Having a staffing plan can help with acquisition, deployment, and retention of an organizations workforce. For this weeks discussion, examine two staffing models. Then, discuss how best one can align a staffing model with organizational needs, and propose how you would alter/modify one of the staffing models you researched to make it more applicable to an organization that you are familiar with.
