Directions:

The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends breastfeeding until the child is at least two years old and states that there are health benefits for both the child and the mother (WHO, 2019).

Find and review two articles:

· A scholarly article on the health benefits of breastfeeding for the child

· A scholarly article on the health benefits for the breastfeeding mother.

In your initial post, share the results of your research including two benefits breastfeeding has for the child and two benefits breastfeeding has for the mother. Please cite your sources in your post.

· Two or more factors that can inhibit mothers from breastfeeding for the amount of time recommended by the WHO.
