Compare and contrast the theories of Contemporary Motivation from this weeks lecture and the readings. Next discuss two employees (either that have worked for you or you have worked with) that have had poor motivation in the workplace.  Discuss how you would help inspire these employees according to the theories covered this week.  Be very specific in your answers about the steps you would take.
