Developing Message
Part of developing a message is considering the audience that will receive your message. Discuss who the audience is, the size and demographic of the members, their stakes in your problem and solution, expectations and preferences, and their potential reaction to your proposal. Include discussion of how this might impact your message, and provide relevant examples in your discussion. In response to peers, discuss whether you agree with the analysis of the audience and how this would impact the delivery of the message.
