Design an App

 Cambridge College (CC) wrote a grant for the First in the World competition.  A portion of the grant focused on creating a smartphone application  (app). For this assignment, you are the team leader. Your team’s  assignment is to create a concept for a new Cambridge College app. You  will specify the kind of application CC needs, determine what the app  does, and determine your target audience for the app. What research is  needed for your app? What kind of research will you conduct? What type  of plan will guide your team and decision makers? What information do  you need to consider?
