Design a Training Lesson

Design a training lesson plan that will instruct participants on the use of authentic and traditional assessments. Include the following in the training lesson:

• The objectives
• The instructor materials
• An introduction and description of the background knowledge for each objective
• An activity for the participants
• A debrief session
• An assessment of the training lesson with answer key or rubric
• An analysis of learning

Create a chart that describes what the instructor is doing as well as what the participant is doing during each part of the training lesson.
