Performance Evaluation Design: Design a performance evaluation that you would recommend to your organization. The performance evaluation should include the factors evaluated, a rating scale, comments section, and a process for departments to follow. Be sure to include a recommendation for continued learning section in the evaluation. This paper should be one to three pages in full text and submitted through the course site.
