Dear CEO

In our Week 8 reading we get a fun example of a Dear CEO letter and sample response.  What a fun way for us to express what we have learned over the last eight weeks.  Our goal this week in our discussion is to write our own Dear CEO letter.  Check out the CEO letter found on page 221 of the text.  In your initial discussion post write your own version of the “Dear CEO” letter.  

• Write your letter to the CEO of your own employer (or previous employer) expressing your concerns and suggestions for improvement based on what you’ve learned so far in this course. Take note of the response found on page 221 & 222.  Your responses to your peers should be written as though you are their CEO responding to their Dear CEO letters. 
• Support your initial post with at least one scholarly reference.
