A co-worker is working with a client who is extremely religious and it is quite uncomfortable because the client is a alleged sex offender. You co-worker is not religous or spiritual but has a challenging time with the client abusing young boys. It appears he was a Boy Scout leader and was convicted of sexually abusing young boys; however, he claims he is innocent. For some reason your co-worker has a challenging time relating to the client. In the field of HS, every client needs to be helped and served no matter what. What advice would you give your co-worker? How would you help your co-worker put aside their judgmental perspective and focus on the clients needs?
