Data Entry and Keyword optimization

Hi there, I am hiring several 5-10 freelancers on my project which involves keyword optimization for youtube.
First these lucky individuals will be tasked to research on the most searched words on particular domains which will be stated to them upon hire and there after will be given specific topic which they will generate SEO tags (500 characters)
then every topic and its tags will be stored in an excel file for submission.
there are five domains each with 100 topics.
More topics will be generated each month and thus the selected freelancers will have the potential to have long term employment depending on the quality of there services.
