Capital investments as discussed in Chapter 13 is usually a separate investment made by a healthcare organization which requires significant capital and time once the project is said and done. Think about your current position or a past position(ICU nurse past position) you held at a healthcare organization.  Did the organization invest in any capital improvements projects? If so, describe what it was and if you were involved in the project.  If you cannot draw from a professional experience, then provide an example of a capital improvement project from doing research outside of your textbook.
