Customer Service

This week you read a number of examples of strong service to customers.  Usually it’s easy for us to remember poor service examples, but what about good service we or acquaintances have received?  Provide two experiences you or someone you know has experienced.  At least one of them should be a positive example. Include a reference from material in the attachment that is reflected in each of your examples.
