  • CRM Project and Presentation
    • Each student must present a 5 minute in-class presentation and submit a minimum of 3 page (single spaced) narrative on their project. The project must center on customer acquisition, loyalty, a customer strategy or value chart, or metrics. 
  1. Conduct a research-based analysis on an existing loyalty/frequency program that you are familiar with. In such, you should research the company and cite a minimum of 5 scholarly articles on loyalty and frequency program literature. In addition, you should cite and review the company website. You should then compare and contrast what the company is currently doing to industry best practices, and make a minimum of three recommendations to update and revise their CRM tactics. These should be supported by relevant financial data in order to support your response (i.e., cost per acquisitions, cost of implementation, cost of operation, potential revenue, etc.).
