Critical Reflection..

Please READ all the attached files and information given here before starting the assignment. 

Assignment details -  Write an essay to critically reflect on why cultural self-awareness is important to develop cultural intelligence. Use the readings covered and personal examples, which draw on observations and experiences to discuss how and why cultural self-awareness assists people to be more culturally intelligent.  The assignment must NOT be more than 1200 words. 

I have given my previous two assignments because they need to have a correlation with this assignment at hand. (My part two of the assignment went horribly wrong though). Also please read the criteria so that you get an idea of how to carry out the assignment.
