I have to write paper 3 pages long. 

Describe how "USA" the states and federal government are dealing with the coronavirus in the nation's jails and prisons, whether you feel the current policies are effective (concerning prisons), and what you would do differently if you were governor (or President of the U.S.).  No footnotes are necessary.  This is partly a "thinkpiece" but, perhaps you will have some strong feelings on the matter.
