crime traffic project

For this assignment you are to find a parking lot that is adjacent to a four way intersection with a traffic light.  For 30 minutes, sit in the parking lot, observe and record the number of vehicles ( make and color, gender of the driver, if possible) that run the red light and do not run the red light.  You are then to write a report  that describes the setting, present a frequency distribution, and calculate the measures of central tendency.  You do not want to pick an intersection with multiple lanes.
