Create Tables to Illustrate Data

In the attached document, please create charts for each paragraph of percentage data in order to illustrate data results. No written work needs to be done, just two charts. I highlighted the "motivations" in yellow so they are clear. 

On Chart #1, the "motivations" can be on the y-axis while bars representing the percentage results of low and high ranking be on the x-axis. I attached a photo as an example of a chart like this.

Then, the second chart after this one should reflect percentages of each age group which can be put on a pie chart.
