As a team, create a Team Charter using the guidelines discussed in Winning at Work, page 298. Include each of the seven elements. Keep in mind the characteristics learned throughout the chapter and the 3 C’s of Effective Teams.

Within your charter, discuss each team member’s results from the Self-Assessment 8.3 Evaluate Your Team Member Effectiveness. What is your plan using these results?

While there isn’t a word count requirement for this assignment, the team charter should be no less than 1-2 pages, 1.5”spaced long, to be sure you covered all of the points.
