In this assignment, you will find and choose a side for a bill.  If you do not have a bill in mind already, I highly recommend doing it on the topic of renewable energy.  Pick a type of renewable energy, like nuclear energy, and explain why it should be implemented as the main energy source in our society.

For this assignment, you must complete two parts.  The first part is your written brief, which is a 2-3 page, double-spaced, and typed paper is required for each session of the Student Congress. The Brief shall advocate a position of support or opposition to the Student Congress Bill. Include a reference list at the end with full APA/MLA formatted citations. Also, include 15 sample questions for cross-examination on the topic.
