Thesis Statement: Drinking age should be raised to twenty-five from eighteen because teenagers’ brain is fully developed by age twenty-one, it’s prevents more crime as well as health issues.

Counterarguments Thesis Statement:Drinking age should be stay same  because minors are prone to drunk driving and health issues. counterarguments lines cannot be more than 12 line State the counterargument:
