Communication Plan Final Proposal Presentation

Purpose of Assignment 

Students effectively communicate as a consultant for Best Game Productions. Students use persuasive communication and research to propose a solution to the company's CEO. Students create a presentation for the decision makers of Best Game Productions to address the deliverables, methods, and outcomes. Students use persuasive communication and knowledge of audience needs, motivations, and perceptions to present data to the stakeholders using effective communication channels. 

Assignment Steps

Create an 8 to 10-slide Microsoft® PowerPoint® presentation, with detailed speaker notes, for the decision makers at Best Game Productions. Follow the guidelines in the Instructor Policies document and the sample PowerPoint at the CWE.

Address the following in your presentation:

• The project background
• The deliverables (what you are going to do for them)
• The methodology (how you are going to accomplish it)
• The outcome (what you will achieve for them)
• The metrics used for evaluation (how you will measure success)
