Communication discussion

Former President Barack Obama was thought by many to be an excellent orator.  In this week's module we viewed two videos, one from Julian Treasure on how to speak so people want to listen and the other a short video clip of an acceptance speech by President Obama.  Based on what you learned in this chapter (be specific) and in the video from Julian Treasure, do you think Obama is an effective public speaker? Why or why not? Remember that in this week's discussion, we aren't so much focused on his policies (that's a discussion for your political science class) as we are on how we delivers his message.
