COMMUNICATION

 Communication is simply the sending and receiving of a message. The childhood game of telephone where one person sends a word or short phrase down a line (or around a circle) of friends quickly demonstrates how easily the message can be misinterpreted. Describe a time when the lack of clear communication created a major problem at work or in your family. What did it take to resolve the issue?
