 I agree Congresswoman Diane Black had   experience which helped to understand the importance of the need   of more efficient health care. She has been a nurse for more than 40   years, and her real-world experiences as a nurse have uniquely   positioned her as a credible and efficient leader on health care   policy in Congress. She authored the bill on “Increasing   Telehealth Access to Medicare Act (H.R. 3727), which was unanimously   passed in the U.S. House Ways and Means Committee.  The   Increasing Telehealth Access to Medicare Act starts reform with   Medicare Advantage, where plans have an incentive to ensure cost   savings. Congresswoman Black knew Telehealth is an innovative need   because of her vast nursing experience.
