We owe a lot of our safe practices to the findings done by the clinical nurse leaders. Whenever there was a problem in the nurse care of the patient and causing so much harm and higher medical cost; the clinical nurse leaders of the world focus on the issue until resolved. You mentioned the discoveries noted regarding falls, ulcers, infections per central lines. Discoveries are found every day, and we have to be grateful for the CNL.
