Risk Assessment

This assignment measures your mastery of ULO 2.1.

Part I: Students will be required to complete a workplace risk assessment survey or a home survey assessment survey. The preference is to complete a survey in your current workplace. If that is not possible, you may also use this tool to complete a risk assessment on your residential home.

Part II: In a Word document, outline the two equations used to determine risk and discuss the similarities and differences of each one. How are they used in business/workplace applications?  

Equation 1: Risk = Threat × Vulnerability × Consequence

Part III: Outline three recommendations to address any of the identified hazards and vulnerabilities to reduce the level of risk in the workplace and/or at your home residence.

Submit your completed workplace risk assessment survey and responses as an attached Word document. Your responses to Part II and III must be at least 200 words in length total. No references or citations are necessary.
