Chapter 3 Questions

Instructions: By now you have read Chapter 3: Biopsychology. You job for this assignment is to answer the following personal application/critical thinking questions that pertain to topics in chapter 3. Each answer needs to be a minimum of  3 sentences to received full credit.

Questions:

1. Explain the role of the brain and of the spinal cord.
2. Have you or someone you know ever been prescribed a psychotropic medication (ex: anti-anxiety meds)? If so, what side effects were associated with the treatment?
3. Share an example of a phenotype you or someone you know has (ex: blue eyes). Which side of the family did that phenotype likely originate (ex: father's side)?
