Apex School of Theology.  The final project should be in the form of a training-manual. Drawing from your own ministerial context, learners will create a training-manual for leaders in their congregational contexts that could be implemented and easily utilized. Each student must have their proposed training-manual approved by the instructor.   Detail every element of The Instructional Cycle. After naming and describing ever element of The Instructional Cycle, describe, in detail, how your training-manual accounts for each element.
