Instructions:

· This is a group assignment with only 4 members. As discussed and explained in the class, this assignment is a Case study. 

· The students should read the Case study thoroughly and answer the given questions in the form of a presentation. We will have case discussion and presentation in the class with PPT. 

· Assignment has two parts answering the questions and presenting. Total marks for the assignment is 15

· PPTs should be submitted on or before 9th Oct 2017.

5. Analyze the strategy followed by the CEO of given company while preparing Master Budgets.

6. What are the advantages of functional budgets and ABC approach?

7. How does the pricing policies differ in your case?

8. Clarify the various types of approaches discussed in the case.
