Below are some tips to enhance your paper: Provide no less than a ½ page and no more than a 1 page executive summary as the first page of your paper. (Hint: your executive summary should guide the organization of the rest of your paper, e.g., XYZ company initial industry analysis to ABC company Provide tables and/or graphs in appendices to illustrate key comparisons in areas such as financials, major differences in personnel and key leader organizational structure, etc. Resist internal biases and provide statements/facts supported by literature. For example, do not provide just positive input for your organization from your organizations’ website. Similarly, do not find only negative input from a critic of your  1 / 2 comparative organization.
