Case Study - Communication

In the Case Studies.pdf document, do a word search for "communication" and make note of the studies in which it appeared.  Hint: Outside of index, titles and references to telecommunications, there are 14 studies involved.

Choose two of the case studies where communication was an issue. Further hint: One of them is particularly significant.

For each case study, proved an abstract (usually one paragraph of less than 150 words) of the study and address these questions:

Was the communication issue positive or negative in nature?  Why?

If the communication issue was negative, describe it's impact on the project and what measures the company took to resolve.

Format should be 12 pt font, double spaced.  There is no word length requirement, but thorough responses are expected.
