1. I need you to find ALL the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that can indicate from the case. I need you to highlight all the sentences that associate with the SWOT, and use a phrase to name what it is. 

2. I need you to identify one key strength, one key weakness, one key opportunity, one key threat. Then write about them as the past SWOT analysis.
