Week 1 Discussion Quest      

What your understanding of the term 'career'?
What is the incentive for an organization to help its employees manage their careers?
How can the organization stand to gain from this venture? Are there any risks?

List 3-5 ways that an organization can offer employees with their career path. Provide an example to illustrate and support your answer.

Discussion Expectations:

• Initial response should be at least two (2) paragraphs in length 
• You should have at least two (2) sources to support your work, one which must be from a peer-reviewed journal; the other can be from a trade journal or other article
• You should cite your sources per APA
