For this question you need to have gone over the Gordon’s Functional Health Power Point presentation, and chart (found in the Discussion Question Reading Material folder).  Once you read the documents, then look at the Pattern Assessment Practice Activity.  Follow the instructions and complete the table that is shown at the bottom of the page. Save your work for your files.

Once you have completed the Pattern Assessment Practice Activity, you need to choose two of those functional health patterns.   Then list two questions and two observations for each of those functional health patterns.  To get full credit, you need to explain why you decided on those questions and observations and how they relate to the functional health pattern. You still need to use the information from the Pattern Assessment Practice Activity. So your observations must relate to that same scenario.
