Purpose

In this assignment, you’ll apply your understanding of job analysis and inclusive job ad writing by identifying a real job posting that represents best practices—and explaining why it stands out.

Instructions

1. Read the Required Materials Carefully read the reading file in Module 1.

2. Choose a Job Title:

· Begin by choosing a job title you are genuinely interested in pursuing after graduation.

· You will use this job title to guide your job posting search

3. Find a Job Posting

· Search on sites such as Indeed , LinkedIn Jobs , or Monster .

· Look for a professional job posting that reflects the best practices you learned (structure, clarity, inclusivity, relevant details, etc.).

· Take a screenshot or include the link to the job posting in your submission.

4. Write a Short Reflection (300–400 words) In your reflection:

· Explain why you chose this posting:

· How does it reflect the principles of effective job analysis?

· How does it use inclusive and bias-free language?

· Does it follow a clear structure similar to the Job Ad Template?

· What makes it engaging, specific, and appropriate for its target audience?

· Use at least 2–3 concepts from the readings to support your analysis.
