Once you have located the findings reported in a qualitative study REGARDING TRANSGENDER INEQUALITY IN THE WORKPLACE, your next step is to read and understand the findings. Researchers report their qualitative findings in order to answer their qualitative research questions. It is useful to look for several key characteristics of qualitative research findings. Four characteristics of qualitative research findings are discussed in chapter 11 of Understanding Research; identify the four characteristics and evaluate potential strategic business decisions that a manager may make from the findings. Create your own conclusion that includes your interpretation of the results with consideration of any possible biases and make actional recommendations for managerial decision making.
