Benchmark – Organizational Structure

Identify a health care organization that is of interest to you. Create a chart that illustrates its organizational structure. An example of an organization chart can be found in Chapter 16 of your textbook, Organization Behavior in Health Care. Use the organizational chart you have created to discuss the following in a paper of 750-1,000 words:

1. Describe the relationship of the leaders, departments, and personnel within the organizational chart. 
2. Explain what communication principles are needed to support workforce management and how they would be implemented. 
3. Identify the different organizational structures and related issues within the contemporary health care system.
4. Explain leadership theories for improving organizational, team, and individual performance.
   

Include at least one scholarly source and your textbook.
