Due Date: June 14th, 2026 Points Possible: 100 Weight: 10% of your final grade Submission Format: Upload as a typed Word document. You must include your completed worksheet and a copy of your LASSI results.

📝  Assignment Overview

This assignment helps you take what you’ve learned about yourself through the  LASSI self-assessment and apply it in a real, useful way. You’ll identify one academic habit or learning challenge you want to improve—like procrastination, test anxiety, or reading retention—and explore  three possible strategies to solve it.

This is your chance to take an honest look at your learning habits and build a plan to improve your performance, reduce stress, and take control of your success at Durham Tech and beyond.

✍️  Instructions

1. Take the LASSI (if you haven’t already) and review your results. Login information is below- save/download your LASSI report, as you’ll submit it with your assignment.

2. Choose one academic “problem” to focus on. Look at your lowest-scoring area on the LASSI and pick a specific habit to work on from within the broader categories such as minimizing cramming, working through test anxiety, reducing distractions, etc. 

3. Download and complete the HW3 worksheet linked at the top of this page.
