Smith Manufacturing is expanding  its operations and will outgrow the  accounting software. The company has asked  you to prepare an  accounting software proposal. Don't worry about the hardware   components. The internal information technology department at Smith will  work  with that component. At a minimum, the company has asked that you  take the  following information into consideration:

• Two       different software packages.
• Multiple       companies can be created and used.
• Software       allows for departmental statements.
• Software       allows for multiple users.
• Smith       intends to employ 100+ employees.
• The       company prefers to operate on a PC based system.

Conduct research to locate  software with the above requirements.  Prepare a letter to the management at  Smith Manufacturing with your  proposal. Cite all sources and provide all  supporting documentation.
