Babylon or Not?
In 1 Peter 5:13 the author identifies the place of writing as Babylon. Dr. Willmington points out that there are at least two main theories concerning the location of Babylon. In at least 400 words, explain the two interpretations and discuss which one you lean towards the most and why.
