- Organization (Who they are, what they do, current IT strategy, where they may benefit from changes)

- Current impacts on business operations following the IT strategy in place

- Six Sigma and TQM possibilities

- Current change management process and benefits of implementing or following change management strategies

- 2 specific recommendations

- Your change management process to implement your recommendations

- Your communication plan to work with people to implement your recommendations

- Expected benefits or outcomes following the implementation of your recommendations
