If you chose a video on adaptive leadership for this week’s discussion post, write your paper on the ING direct Canada Case Study. Using ING as the basis for your paper, discuss the risks involved with the coporate use of social media. Cite one other instance of a company that had to “backtrack” due to poor decision-making on social media.   Be sure to include what you have read about LMX in your analysis.
