 Objectives:

 -Develop an understanding of different family systems.

- Examine the influence of culture on the family dynamics and difficulties faced by immigrant parents. 

 - Gain knowledge of the repertoire of techniques and strategies necessary to understand and assess family dynamics and support families effectively. 

Taking into account all that you have learned about family systems and support programs. Create a family support program that relates to these objectives. Write a 3-5 page description of the program including a detailed description of the structure of your program, what population you will serve, what service delivery model you will implement, and how you might get funding for your program. Also, justify the need for your program in the community.
