1. Review the three reflections you submitted for Part 2. Ensure that they have been revised using instructor feedback. 
2. Plan a program building on the observations and reflections. You must cite/reference course content and the readings in correct APA Style. Ensure that you:
   • Link observation reflections to program decisions: What have you observed that influenced your programming decisions?
   • Place your program choices in context: What theoretical information has informed your programming decisions?
   • Connect program decisions with children’s interests
   • What developmental or learning goals do you hope to extend or achieve through this program?
3. Complete the theory to practice  portions  of the ECE 1150 Anecdotal Observation Format Your “Link Theory to Practice” section should be should be at least 1-2 paragraphs. You will submit three completed anecdotal forms in a single file. Before submitting your assignments, please ensure that you review the rubric below.
