You have been assigned as the manager on a project for designing and building a new car.  Your team details will be listed below.  You understand communication is key.  Based off your research, the second chapter of the textbook, and the Hofstede Insights website (https://www.hofstede-insights.com/product/compare-countries/), determine what types of things you would like to have in your team charter.  More specific questions are listed below.
