Submit Part I of the Individual Reflection by doing the following:

Select two leaders with whom you have interacted as a follower in your personal or professional life. The leaders you select could be current or former managers or executives in your professional life. However, you may also select current or former coaches, teachers, mentors, etc. from your personal life. Then complete the following:

Create an APA-style title page with a tentative title for your Individual Refection. Use the Week 4 and Week 5 Individual Reflection Template as a guide to format the title page correctly.

Create a resource page. This page will contain the APA-style references of the two resources—Goleman (2000) and Bjugstad et al. (2006)—as well as at least one relevant resource that you or your colleague posted in the water cooler discussion. List the resources in alphabetical order.
