The discussion assignment for this week includes a review of the Key Assignment Outline completed by one of your classmates, as well as a substantial response to at least one other student.

Primary Task Response: Your first task is to post your own Key Assignment Outline to the discussion area so that other students are able to review your plan. Attach your document to the main discussion post, and include any notes you feel are appropriate. The purpose of this assignment is to help improve the quality of the Key Assignment Draft you will complete next week.

Secondary Task Response: Your second task is described below:

Because you are the program manager over the project portfolio management (PPM) software tool project and the strategic planning software tool project, the project management office (PMO) director has asked you as to provide a schedule for the project. In addition, the PMO director wants you to list the job roles for the major tasks in the project and note any potential risks.

You will provide a detailed memo in the Phase 4 Individual Project. For now, you will provide an outline of the schedules for the project. For each project, supply the following in a posting to the Phase 4 Discussion Board area:

• Describe the project objective.
• List 5 major tasks.
• Identify at least 1 potential risk.
