Read the articles by Hegtvedt (2004); Tyler (2004); and Tyler, Dienhart, and Thomas (2008).
 

You have been exploring the topic of diverse, vibrant teams. Ultimately, the team exists as a part of a larger organization and success or failure of the team can be affected by the organization culture within which it resides. This week you will explore organizational justice.
 

You will need to prepare a 3- to 4-page paper addressing the following:

• Describe      the different characteristics of organizational justice as described in      the literature.
