The rapid growth of your company has made it important to provide a plan for the company's ethical plans and strategies to incorporate social responsibility as part of the organization.

Write a 1,050- to 1,400-word Communication and Conflict Management Plan that will be included in your Ethics & Social Responsibility Plan. You may reference the Ethics & Social Responsibility Planning Outline to see how the overall plan will be organized.  The Communication and Conflict Management Plan includes the following:

• Explain how you, as an entrepreneur, can help direct these changes.
• Explain how the changes made to communication and conflict management strategies will affect various parts of your organization.
